Quick Drying Inkjet film for Screen Positives

NovaJet Inkjet Clear Microporous Film 75 QD (IJC 75 QD) is a PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) film top-coated with an ink-receptive layer.  It is best suited for spot, solid colour patch and multi colour separations of textile designs to be used as screen positives. This film can be directly used to expose screen stencils meant for rotary or flat-bed     textile printing machines.

  • This film can be directly used to expose screen stencils meant for rotary or flat-bed     textile printing machines

    • It is recommended to acclimatize the media to the normal printing environment for 24 hours before
    • The performance of the media will be compromised on old/discontinued/un-serviced printing devices. Our current products are designed to work on the latest models.
    • Use only original inks while printing on the media
    • The printing room should have less than 55 % RH, as the media is highly sensitive to moisture
    • Printed media should be thoroughly dried for at least thirty minutes before exposing it on to diazo papers and films
    • Images printed on the media should be kept away from ammonia / amines solution or vapor to prevent dis-coloration
    • A fresh pair of cotton gloves should be used while handling the bare media to avoid sweat, grease and oil transfer on to the media that could adversely affect the print quality
    • When not in use, the media should be stored in its original packing, in a vertical position
