The CC-330 Card Cutter finishes a variety of digital color pieces including business cards, postcards, greeting cards and photos printed on a wide range of paper sizes up to 13" x 19". Extremely simple to use and with speeds up to 240 business cards per minute, the CC-330 provides an efficient finishing solution for mid-volume jobs. Easily interchangeable, optional cassettes enable users to finish various types of applications in a matter of minutes. 

The CC-330 offers a small footprint and comes with a stand to easily fit into any office or production environment. Finished pieces are delivered into a catch tray or the optional 15" stacking conveyor can be added. Waste is deposited into a bin inside the stand for easy removal. DC-616 Multi-finisher is slitter/cutter/creaser fully automatic programmable machine. It slits, cuts, creases and perforates in a single pass.

This device can make 6 slits, 25 cuts and 20 creases in one pass for applications such as business cards, greeting cards, cover pages, brochures, tent cards, information cards, menu cards, doctor files, tickets, coupons etc.

The DC-616 offers a variety of options for increased versatility and can be added according to the user's needs. Options include the PC Controller software for easy job setup via a PC, a CCD scanner to read barcodes and registration marks, ultrasonic double feed detection, and a perforation unit. The perforation unit comes with two manually-adjustable perforation tools to perforate along the length of the sheet.

It is very versatile due to its capability of processing linear and cross perforation in a single pass, which helps us doing T & L shape perforations very precisely. It also performs micro-perforations, slit-scores, strike perforations etc.

the DC-646 eliminates white borders and prevents toner cracking on fold lines up to 30 sheets per minute and also offers optional rotary tool and cross perforating modules, both with strike-perforating capabilities, for increased versatility. With the DC-646, users can produce 24-up business cards on 12" x 18" or 36-up on 14" x 26" paper sizes, slit-score greeting cards, micro-perforated coupons, direct mailers with tear-away cards, and much more!

The DC-646 comes built-in with a CCD scanner, enabling it to recall any job stored in memory simply by reading the printed barcode and automatically set up the job. The scanner also reads registration marks, correcting the sheet-by-sheet image shift and delivering accurately finished pieces every time. Barcodes and registration marks can be easily applied with the EFI Fiery Command Workstation impose tool (Fiery System 10 or newer)
