The DBM-150 is a highly versatile booklet maker capable of standalone/hand-fed operation or connection to a choice of friction or suction collators and Duplo’s DSF-2200digital printed sheet feeder.

The operating speed is up to 2,400 booklets per hour and most of the setup is automatic making. This is a perfect machine for shortrun booklet production.

Featuring the Isaberg Rapid stapler and staple cartridge, the DBM-150 Bookletmaker produces a high quality, flat staple every time. Each cartridge holds 5,000 staples and wear parts are replaced each time the cartridge is changed out, providing a high level of reliability. The DBM-150 Bookletmaker can be operated via the control panel where up to 16 jobs can be saved in memory or via a PC using the optional PC Controller software.

The 350 Booklet System is Duplo’s mid-range bookletmaking system can be integrated with the DSC-10/60i Suction. Collators producing a wide range of offset and digital print applications, from calendar and catalogs to brochures and newsletters, on demand. The 350 Booklet System provides the efficiency to deliver jobs in shorter turnarounds and its modular design offers users the flexibility to customize them according to their needs.

The 350 Booklet System utilizes Duplo’s DSC-10/60i Suction Collators. The unique 8-belt air suction feed system along with an Air Management System make these collators the most reliable in the industry. Incorporating Duplo’s patented dual fan technology, each bin comes equipped with two individual fans – one to produce a stable flow of air separation and the other to generate consistent suction for feeding. With adjustments conveniently located beside each bin, the Air Management System enables operators to easily fine-tune the amount and strength of air, if necessary.

The modular design of the system enables users to configure it with a number of options such as small booklet, side/corner stitch, and 6-page insert kits to meet various application demands. Booklets can be faced trimmed by adding the DBM- 350T Trimmer. As booklets are trimmed and delivered onto the stacker, waste is automatically deposited into an external bin and can be easily removed while the system is running, ensuring non-stop productivity.

     The iSaddle System is Duplo’s heavy-duty, high volume collator and saddle stitcher and the first in its class to deliver the increasingly popular, letter landscape booklet. Designed to handle both traditional offset work as well as shorter-run digital jobs with equal ease and efficiency, the fully automated iSaddle combines PC-based programming and intelligent feeding with scoring and folding technology of the highest quality to produce thicker, flatter booklets up to 4,500 booklets an hour. 
     The precise and user friendly DBMS Saddle System provides a large variety of book formats, including the increasing popular A4 landscape size right down to formats as small as 90mm×75mm. With quick ”make-ready” times in approximately 60 seconds, and book thickness up to 120 pages the DBMi Saddle Stitcher will allow any novice to be turned into a print finishing professional.
     What’s more, its modular design enables users to add three-knife trimming capabilities with the optional DKT-200 Two-Knife Trimmer and gutter cutter, which can also process 2-up applications, boosting its production up to 9,000 booklets an hour!      It is equipped with a unique feeding and Air Management System, the DSC-10/60iL Suction Collator provides optimum performance to feed a wide variety of paper types, weights, and sizes with superior efficiency and reliability. DSC-10/60iL is an ideal machine for every operator with its 10,000 sets/hour high speed processing and user friendliness.

     Duplo's long history Air Suction Collator further advanced with LED light communicating system to inform operator of the machine status quickly and visually. Blue LED light indicates when error happening. White LED lights up for visibility of loaded paper. Green/Red LED indicate to check running condition even from long distance. 

     High resolution optical sensors check and validate the feeding accuracy and automatically divert any faulty sets into a reject tray without stopping or interrupting production.

      Up to 6 towers can be connected for a maximum of 60 bins. Divide the bins into 1/2, 1/3, and 1/4 blocks to allow reloading without having to stop or interrupt productivity. Use the interleaf mode to insert one or two sheets between a specified number of sheets or control each bin individually by using the IMBF (Intelligent Multi-Bin Feeding) to program the bins to perform customized feeding sequences.
