    • Strong desensitising agent. Alkaline solution.
    • Thoroughly desensitises and eliminates plate scratches in the non-image from getting reproduced in print for prolonged duration.
    • Effectively repairs and desensitises the plate substrate from the possibility of scum and catch-up in the deleted areas.
    • Does not contain strong acids or dichromates.
    • Prevents cancellation of plates that are otherwise irreparable.
    • Treatment of plate scratches : Clean/remove ink from the scratch/abrasion affected areas using PlateCleaner GP. Wash the area with water to completely remove the residue and buff down. Dry the affected areas thoroughly using a hair dryer. Apply PlateSaver using clean cotton or brush and work over the area. Buff lightly and dry completely with warm air from the drier. Apply a desensitising gum without wet washing the plate and restart printing.
    • Treatment of deleted areas : Wet wash the plate thoroughly to remove residue completely. Buff dry the plate and apply Plate Saver on the deleted areas using cotton wool. Buff down with a dry lint-free cloth. Apply a desensitising gum and start printing.
    • Storage & Handling : Store at moderate room temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep the containers closed when not in use. The use of gloves is recommended while handling Plate Saver
    • Shelf-life : 12 months from the date of manufacture.
    • Packing : 1 litres.
    • Precautions : Avoid contact with skin and eyes. PlateSaver can damage “fogged” image areas of Positive PS plates if allowed to remain in prolonged contact. Thorough buffing down with a dry lint-free cloth immediately after application prevents the possibility of image blinding.
