NovaWash DPF is a Fogra approved dual-purpose wash-up solution for cleaning of conventional paste inks, UV & LED curing inks from press blankets & inking rollers

    • Blankets: Apply with a damp cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Remove the residue with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Finish with water application and wipe dry.
    • Inking Rollers: Automatic - As per machine manufactures instructions. Manual- Apply wash from a squeeze bottle to loosen the ink film.Fix wash up blade and finish with water.
    • Storage&Handling: Store at moderate temperature in dry, well ventilated area away from sunlight. Always keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of hand gloves is recommended while handling.
    • Shelf-life:  12 months from the date of manufacture
    • Packing:  20 litres
    • Precautions: Store away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges. The use of gloves or barrier cream is strongly recommended while handling press washes.
